Temperature Controller Technology R&D Co., Ltd was established in year 2000. We applied the Thermoelectric Control Module (TCM) for cooling and heating. Finally, we successfully developed a temperature control unit with water cycling and intelligent control.

Water is a good conductor of heat. Based on the property of TCM, we use thermoelectric pump to exchange heat to the pad with large contact area. This technology can be applied widelyhousehold products (such as office chair, computer chair, baby bed, and bed), medical usage (keeping human body in comfortable temperature to avoid decubitus ulcer (bedsore), electric scooter), vehicle usage (such as car seat and motorcycle use, helmet, etc.)

Theory and Advantages

Ø      With TCM the temperature can be adjusted with an intelligent micro-controller.

Ø      The control unit and water cycling pad are separated, so as to reduce the noise and insure safety.

Ø      Use water as a medium. The pump sends the water to thermoelectric unit to produce cool or warm water.

Features

Ø      There are four temperatures for users choice -- 20( 68 F). 25(77 F). 31(88 F). 35(95 F). Temperature can be adjusted by user.

Ø      68FF95F (20 35) is the temperatures range suitable for comfort. When the ambient temperature is high, TMC will lower the pad temperature; when the ambient temperature is low, it will raise the pad temperature.

Ø      The size of control unit is small for space-saving. It can be put under the car seat in the van or the car seat which is higher.

Ø      TMC is monitored by micro computerized IC for overheating or overloaded protection. So it is always safe.

Ø      The control unit is designed for power-saving and low energy consumption. It consumes around 60 watts.

Ø      The pad is comfortable in heating or in cooling modes, and can adjust the temperature of human body to make one quite comfortable.

Ø      It can be used at any time of year, in hot or cold ambient conditions.
